1. The service

The Trading Courtyard publishes general market-education material through tradingcourtyard.com. The current free offering comprises a four-area learning outline, one complete sample lesson, three original field notes and a downloadable journal worksheet. The publication is self-study; it does not include a paid academy, brokerage account, signals, managed funds, live classes or a promised external membership.

2. Eligibility and access

The materials are intended for people aged 18 or older. You may read the published lessons without an account, payment or deposit. A live trading account is not required. You are responsible for checking whether access and any separate financial activity are lawful in your location.

Online enrolment is currently unavailable. Any future registration must clearly state its purpose and available access before submission. An email enquiry does not create a paid subscription or an obligation to buy anything.

3. Education and risk

The material is general education and does not evaluate your finances, goals, experience or ability to withstand loss. It is not personal investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Hypothetical examples explain a concept; they are not live data, recommendations or verified performance. Please read the Risk Disclosure.

We promise no earnings, win rate, time to profitability or protection against loss. Completing an exercise is not proof that you can trade successfully. No website content constitutes a brokerage or account-management service.

4. Cost, cancellation and refunds

The published material is free. There is no checkout, automatic renewal, fee or paid product in this release, so there is no purchase to cancel or refund. A later paid service would require its own genuine description, full price, supplier information, delivery conditions and applicable cancellation and refund terms before purchase.

5. Permitted use

You may use the original notes and worksheet for personal, non-commercial study and print or save them for that purpose. Retain attribution when sharing a short excerpt. Wholesale republication, resale or presenting the material as your own requires permission from the rights holder.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or use forms or email for spam or malicious content. Never send passwords, account access, identity documents or sensitive financial records.

6. Sources and visuals

External educational links are supplied for context. Each linked service has its own terms and privacy practices. A link does not indicate partnership, regulatory approval or endorsement. The courtyard image is an AI-generated architectural illustration and is not a photograph of actual business premises.

7. Availability and responsibility

Material may be corrected, moved or removed. Continuous availability, response times and personal feedback are not promised for this free publication. You remain responsible for financial decisions outside the publication and should obtain suitable authorised advice when needed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain available. Targeting a UK audience does not by itself establish the publisher’s place of incorporation or a legal jurisdiction.
